Make jagged edges and lines - never the same stroke twice! Five different styles!
Sometimes there will be some artifacting below the jaggies, just erase them.
If you want to change the stroke width or the stroke style, draw the jaggies on its own layer in black, rasterize the layer if need be, then convert to vector. From there, you can adjust everything you like!
