I don't know how to describe this texture's look. It was made by repeating a scanned ink-smear over and over with it becoming more pixelated each time, that's why it looks different in the middle compared to the outermost parts.
Can be used as a texture, background, etc.
There is a grayscale with white background and a grayscale with translucent background version.
Example
The texture was given a yellowish tint via layer colour and multiplied unto the image in the upper/right one. In the lower/left one, the image was clipped to the transparent version, with white as paper colour beneath.
