Because I made a sketch brush with a high mixing ratio of the sub color separately, I made a effect brush and played it. I hope that helps.
Sub Green in main white is a normal brush, sub blue color is dual brush.
It is usual to put the effect simply, and I think that it becomes a good feeling if I can use it with dual if I emphasize a pale atmosphere by making it more sparkly and fluffy.

It is often duplicated, shifted, blurred, and emits light.

I thought I was a little interesting and a bit embossed.
If you want to use a single color, select sub color, because the lines blend in slightly with sub color.
Because a lot of wonderful material has gone out, I dare to make it Chimachima "I want to use it when there is this". It is good to stroke quickly, and the atmosphere changes even if I move a pen with jagged edges.
Since the effect of jumping from the width expected by a pen tip is not very good, I make it fit to the width which I drew almost, and can correspond to the size change.

サブカラーの混合率が高い点描ブラシを別途作ったので、ついてに効果ブラシを作って遊びました。お役に立てば幸いです。
メイン白でサブ緑が通常のブラシ、サブ水色がデュアルブラシです。
シンプルに効果を入れるには通常で、よりキラキラふわふわさせて淡い雰囲気を強調するならデュアルでお使い頂けると良い感じになると思います。

複製してずらしたり、ぼかしたり、発光させるのはよくありますが
こちら「除算」です。
エンボスっぽくなってちょっと面白いかなと思いました。
ラインに僅かにサブカラーが混じりますので、単色で使う場合は、サブカラーを選択してください。
キラキラさせる素材は素敵なのがたくさん出ていますので、敢えて「私はこういうのもあったら使いたい」というのをちまちま作っています。サッとストロークしても良いですし、ギザギザとペンを動かしても雰囲気が変わります。
ペン先で想定される幅から極端に飛び出す効果があまり上手に使いこなせないので、ほぼ描いた幅にしっくりくるよう、またサイズ変更に対応できるよう作っております。
