the default is m/m because that's the pairing i was working with, but you can find instructions on how to change that below.

example of using it as a base:
to change the character or body type of a model, drag the pose from the material catalog on top of the model. this way, you can make this a m/f pose, f/f pose, or whatever you like. you can also click on the wrench icon on the subtool settings window to adjust things like height and weight under the "body type" menu.
