Just simple Pearls! :D

Use Brush Size 0.1 to create a chain of pearls

Or increase size to have a kinda spraying effect to add lots of random pearls!

Use Particle Size to get smaller or bigger pearls.

Draw some pearls, then go to Edit > Tonal Corrections to change colors.
