Basically, It's a brush that color's brighty and uses a variety of colors to do so. It is messy since it's triangle shaped, but it comes with a blender which is quite smooth but its also triangle shaped so watch the edges. I'm too lazy to show how so your gonna have to trust me on this one aha...
