I think this brush is great for laying down base colors, but by all means use it for whichever purposes you like. I tried to mimic traditional color jitter brushes like the ones you can find on photoshop and procreate.
Side note: I wouldn't recommend trying to paint with this brush the whole time, like most color jitters it is good to switch to a normal brush eventually. Afterwards it can also be used for embellishments.
