This is a clone stamp tool optimized for making glitchy effects. As you can see it is very versatile in looks, and uses your own art as the base for glitch, just like glitches that happen naturally on faulty moniters. Use this brush when you made something especially ugly and need to hide it ^^!
Step 1: merge all layers, apply personal glitch filter (I reccomend "Glitch effect" from @KayR801)
Step 2: Press alt to select the area the brush will duplicate, and start glitching!
(Optional) Step 3: Apply another instance of glitch filter
