I wanted a shortcut that I could see without holding shift.
To forget to hide the ruler
I made a auto action to hide the ruler bulk.
You can do it with one click 🎶

Using the ruler bulk hide
Note
If the layer in the folder has a ruler
I have to keep all the folders open .
Will not apply!
(In auto action, the open folder operation is
Cannot be recorded.)
Select a non-top layer first
Play button or
Press the registered shortcut button 
Then a sparsely visible ruler would all be hidden!
How to hide/show the ruler
Auto action will hide the ruler alternately every time you press!

適用されません！

まず一番上以外のレイヤーを選択した状態にしてください
再生ボタンまたは
登録したショートカットボタンを押します
を押しますするとまばらに表示してあった定規がすべて非表示になります！
定規非表示/表示の使い方は
オートアクションは押すたびに定規が交互に表示非表示になります！
