This is a brush that can be used to describe Braille blocks.
Created in 600dpi color correspondence, but is the manga manuscript orientation.
There is a limit though it can withstand expansion to some degree.
I think that it is easy to transform it according to the Perth after it drew it with a parallel ruler.

ある程度は拡大にも耐えますが限界があります。
平行定規でバッと描いてからパースに合わせて変形するのが楽かと思います。
