A lasso fill tool for vector processing.
This is done by customize the balloon tool.
Therefore, there are a lot of things to be careful about.
Operating conditions and Precautions >
・ Vector layer does not work.
-Text layer works.
-Eraser cannot be erased. Select and delete with the object tool.
-When it is used on the text layer entered, it becomes it with the text.
-Deformation is not possible in the state create selection. Also, mesh transformation can not be done.
It is recommended that you place the layer in the place where you want to pre-paint the vector lasso fill layer.

そのため注意点、出来ないことが多数あります。
＜動作条件と注意事項＞
・ベクターレイヤーでは動作しません。
・テキストレイヤーで動作します。
・消しゴムで消すことはできません。オブジェクトツールで選択しデリートします。
・入力されたテキストレイヤー上で使用すると、テキストと一緒になってしまいます。
・選択範囲を作成した状態で変形は出来ません。またメッシュ変形も行えません。
「ベクター投げなわ塗り用レイヤー」を事前に塗りたいレイヤーの場所に配置を推奨します。
