I was born in the process of aiming to express prints like ukiyo-E.
In combination, the only way to synthesize washi is by using texture synthesis. (Reference illustrations are synthesized about three pieces.)
The one point of the kimono might be good.

適当に組み合わせて、和紙をテクスチャ合成で重ねるだけでもそれなりになります。（参考イラストは3枚ほど合成してます）
着物のワンポイントとしてもいいかもしれません。
