This is a grid based on the Fibonacci ratio of 61.8% instead of the rule of thirds. There is one for each of the default document sizes.

You can use the horizontal lines to place your horizon line, or use the intersections to place your focal point.
I have included a grid for each of the sizes that are commonly used in Clip Studio Paint, plus a custom size of 14x18 inches, which I use for personal work.
