The glitter is not a shining star but it is expressed in the shade of the cloud pattern.
It's a Magaimono twinkle.
If you look closely, it looks like you don't care.
How to use
First, we have a canvas for animation.
Base size 1240px Height 1754px frame rate 24 playback time 12 seconds
All margins are 0
Pro, DEBUT only make canvas size
It really doesn't fit in any size.
When the canvas is displayed, select "Glitter night sky" from the material palette and paste it.
All you have to do is pick loop play and play timeline.
I think that it is good to write it out to the movie because the reproduction is heavy.
Make two seamless cloud patterns in Photoshop
Put it under the stars in the AOINT CLIP STUDIO
Slide CLIP STUDIO ACTION to repeat
It was a vertical canvas, so I pulled it sideways.
It looks like the stars are flashing, but only the holes in the cross are free.
I synthesized it in the sky (add this time)

You can replace the sky with your favorite illustrations.
You can make stars and change them.

キラキラは星が光っているのではなく雲模様の濃淡で表現しています
つまりマガイモノのきらきらです
よく見るとバレてますが気にしない気にしない
使い方は
まずアニメーションのキャンバスを用意します
基準サイズ 横1240px 高さ1754px フレームレート24 再生時間12秒
余白は全て０にします
Pro、DEBUTではキャンバスサイズだけ作ります
本当はどんなサイズでも良いです全部収まらないだけです
キャンバスが表示されたら素材パレットから「キラキラ夜空」を選んで貼り付けます
タイムラインでループ再生を選んで、再生するだけです
再生は重いのでムービーに書き出しても良いかと思います
作り方はフォトショップでシームレスの雲模様を２枚作ります
それをCLIP STUDIO AOINTで星の下に配置して
CLIP STUDIO ACTIONで繰り返しができるようにスライドさせます
縦長のキャンバスだったので横方向に引きました
星が瞬いているように見えますが、クロスの穴が空いているだけです
それを空に合成しました（今回は加算）
こんなのができます
空は好きなイラストなどに置き換えることができます
星も作り変えることができます
何か思いついたら遊んでください
もっとリアルに作りたい
などと思われましたら
こんな素材をいくつか重ねることで光り方も複雑になります
素材がバレることとも少なくなるのではないでしょうか
