Draw an arc with a ruler and draw a rainbow along it.
It is a downward arc because it wants to make it to the ring Zenith arc (upside Rainbow) in example Sample.
Move the brush from right to left.
When you move the opposite, the color of the rainbow and the outside is reversed.
In addition, the left and right ends are erased by transparent drawing over the gaussian blur.
It is finished in the blue background.

定規で弧を描き、それに沿って虹を描きます。
作例では環天頂アーク（逆さ虹）にしたいので、下向きの弧になっています。
ブラシは右から左へ動かしてください。
反対に動かすと虹の内と外の色が逆になります。
さらにガウスぼかしをかけて、左右の端を透明描画で消しています。
空色のバックに重ねて完成です。
