It's like a pastel-like, thick-painted-ish. It is such a pen.
It is a self-made tool that I often use recently (though it might be decoction 3rd).
Incidentally this is the first post.
パステルっぽいような、厚塗りっぽいような…。そんなペンです。
僕が最近よく使ってる自作ツールです（三番煎じかもしれませんが）。
因みにこれが初投稿。
There are three types: fill, line, and Blur.
Please use it from other tools or the analog roughly color.
① painted
The color is set to be ultra-thin to the extent that the ground color does not break.
Sub color is also slightly affected.
Please tune the setting according to the application.
② Line
The color is slightly affected sub color as well as the fill.
Use it when you want to emphasize the contours or want to draw details.
③ Blur
① without color. It might not be necessary because the color of the ① is very thin, but just in case.
When you want to decorated irregularity, please.
Maximizing brush size can put noise like thumbnail.
The thumbnail was painted with three tools above from the top of the vinyl draft.
塗り用、線用、ぼかし用の３種類が入っています。
他のツール・若しくはアナログでざっくり色を塗った上からお使い下さい。
①塗り
色は下地の色が壊れない程度に激薄に設定してあります。
サブカラーにも若干影響されます。
用途に合わせて是非設定をいじってください。
②線
色は塗りと同じくサブカラーに若干影響されます。
輪郭を強調したいときや、細部を描画したいときにお使いください。
③ぼかし
色のない①です。①の色が激薄なので必要ないかもしれませんが、念のため。
ムラを調えたいときにどうぞ。
ブラシサイズを最大にするとサムネイルのようなノイズを入れることができます。
サムネイルはアナログで下書きした上から以上の３ツールで塗ったものです。
