It is a speech-like balloon and a speech tool that lacks edge.
Please the narration of the feeling like old tales.
Drag the balloon to a layer or drawing screen, and the tool will be loaded when you drag it to the sub tool window.
Please try to increase the tip image from the screen, "paper narration 3" and "paper narration 4" If you think that there are a lot of edge parts sub tool detail.
* How to increase the high-end image
Sub tool detail screen (enters from the spanner mark on the bottom right of tool property) "brush tip"

フチが欠けたりしている古紙っぽいフキダシとフキダシツールです。
昔話っぽい感じのナレーションなどにどうぞ。
フキダシはそのままレイヤーもしくは描画画面にドラッグ、ツールの方はサブツールウィンドウにドラッグすると読み込まれます。
フチかけ部分が多いなーと思ったらサブツール詳細画面から先端画像「紙ナレーション3」と「紙ナレーション4」を増やして調節してみて下さい。
※先端画像の増やし方
サブツール詳細画面（ツールプロパティ右下のスパナマークから入ります）の「ブラシ先端」

右側の端が折れた紙マーク（「ブラシ先端形状を追加します」）
↓
