I tried to make a fluorescent pen mock. The usage is still subtle as usual. 蛍光ペンもどきを作ろうとしてなぜか出来たペンです。相変わらず使い道が微妙です。
The nib is flat like a fluorescent pen. Because I think that the same effect comes out even if I change shape, please change it by favorite.
The girl's hair is thin color → dark color → light color and several strokes repeatedly.
As for the layer, the hair and the scarf are on the line drawing, the shadow of the skirt and the dress are below, and it puts it in "normal" mode.
It is recommended to draw a color that is thinner than the dark color (2 to 3 light color) in the color set of the palette (additional color set). The line externals is white (translucent) and slightly colored on the edge. Because the brush combine mode is not "normal" but "hard light", the difference between a dark color and a light color is great.
The following image becomes it when the stroke is piled up.
If you hate this overlap, "normal" can not be used even if you switch to, but no glitter... Border of watercolor is also black dos...
The effect is interesting when I use it well, but the peculiarity is too strong and there is little use. If you have a good idea, please tell the contrary. I can only evocative to use it for my hair in graffiti ^ ^
ペン先は蛍光ペンのように平べったい形です。形を変えても同じ効果が出ると思うのでお好みで変えてください。
女の子の髪は、薄い色→濃い色→薄い色 と何回かストロークを重ねてます。
レイヤーについては、髪・スカーフは線画の上に、スカート・服の影は下で、「通常」モードで置いています。
濃い色よりも薄い色（パレットのカラーセット内「追加カラーセット」でいうと２～３番目に薄い色）で描くのがおすすめです。線じたいは白く（半透明っぽく）なり、ふちにわずかに色が乗る感じです。ブラシ合成モードが「通常」ではなく「ハードライト」なので、濃い色と薄い色のときの差がすごいです。
ストロークを重ねると以下の画像のようになります。
この重なるのがイヤであれば、「通常」に切り替えても使えないことはないのですが、キラキラ感はなくなります…水彩境界もドス黒いです…
うまく使ってやると面白い効果が出ますが、クセが強すぎて使いどころがほとんどないです。いいアイデアがある方は逆に教えてください。私はらくがきで髪に使うくらいしか思い浮かばないです＾＾
