I don't know what it's called retro, but it's a brush like that. 何をもってレトロというのかは分かりませんが、そんな感じのブラシです。

Scatter a small round point.
This also changes the size by the pressure by the initial setting.

適宜お好みで設定を変えてください。

小さい丸い点をばら撒きます。
