モノクロレイヤーを作成し、レイヤー効果で「トーン」化し、不透明度で濃度を設定しています。
作成後、該当レイヤー上で黒で描いたり塗りつぶせば、描画部分が設定したトーンになります。また白で描けばホワイトトーンになります。
通常のトーン貼りの作業と違い、レイヤーにレイヤーマスクは作成されません。
作成後、または描画後、レイヤープロパティで設定はいつでも変更できます。レイヤーの不透明度を変更すれば濃度の変更になります。
アクションに入っているのは、アミ点トーンと、ノイズ（砂目）トーンになります。
必要に応じてアクション内の設定を変更してお使いください。
おまけで、レイヤー不透明度変更のアクションも入っています。ショートカットなどに割り付けると、濃度変更が簡単です。
また、模様トーンなどもレイヤーありのPSD経由でコミスタに持ち込む時ように、マスクを適用して破棄するアクションも入れています。
