It's easier to make ice letters than take them to the Photoshop.
I just cut the inside of the letter with a soft eraser and paint it with a brush. The crack brush originally entered is a little directing.

I think that frozen Ⅲ can also be used for the dirty thing.

文字の中をソフト消しゴムでくり抜いて、適当にブラシで描くだけ。あと元々入ってるひび割れブラシでちょっと演出。
