This is a balloon material created for a 600dpi monochrome manga manuscript.
I didn't want to spend as much time as possible choosing balloons while working on a manuscript and adjusting the brush size and strength of balloons, so I created it for myself.

I also included the balloon tool (pen) that I used to create these balloons in the set. I use it to draw balloon tail by hand and to create additional balloons. (If you have strong pen pressure, you may need to adjust it.)
