Here’s a demonstration of the brush in real time:
As you can see, the size/appearance of the brush strokes change depending on how the stylus pen (it must have pressure sensitivity built in for it to work) is tilted. Painting with your finger using this brush won’t produce the same effect.
Please keep in mind that the larger the canvas size and/or brush size, the more visible the lag may be depending on your device’s specifications.
To avoid lag, please keep these settings untouched:
