Pancong (most commonly known as Kue Pancong) is a traditional Indonesian coconut pancake or hot cake that originated from the Betawi culture of Jakarta. Culturally, the name "pancong" is a portmanteau (abbreviation) of the Betawi phrase "pantat dicongkel", which translates literally to "bottom scooped out"
