A simple auto action for creating layers for drafts. You can create a draft layer with the layer color set color (the default value is light blue). The palette color is now blue to make it easier to see when working. (It's a very simple tool, but I personally created it because I use a lot of draft layers.) 下書き用のレイヤーを作成するためのシンプルなオートアクションです。レイヤーカラーを設定色（初期値は水色）とする下書き用レイヤーを作成できます。パレットカラーは青色となり、作業をする際に見やすくなるようにしています。（とてもシンプルなツールですが、個人的に下書きレイヤーを多く使うこともあって作成しました）
When you select "auto action for creating draft layer" from the auto action, a draft layer is created on top of the specified layer.
オートアクションから「下書きレイヤー作成用オートアクション」を選択して実行すると、指定したレイヤーの上に下書きレイヤーが作成されます。
