You must select the character before playing the Border Auto-Action.

Within this set, you are able to blur your backgrounds within seconds.
After playing the auto-action, use an airbrush eraser to specify the area of emphasis.
If you do not like the result, simply delete the Background Blur layer and play the auto-action again.

★ PROBLEMS AND FIXES ★
If you decide to blur the foreground, you may encounter sharpness from the layer underneath.
↓ Create a layer mask on the layer underneath and erase edges ↓
If you decide to blur the character, you must merge all the layers together.
Please back up the original layers to avoid losing all your progress.
