It's a small item, but I made it carefully so that it can be used even in close-ups. It doesn't look much in the photo, but I also made the curved fan part beautifully.
I think it is often used in moving scenes, so I put it in the layout so that the atmosphere of rotating with the fan part hidden can be produced.
Five colors are also available.

Update) The movement axis has been slightly modified and re-edited. 手持ち、机置き、どちらでも使える可動式のハンディーファン作りました。
とにかく暑い日々に、涼しさおお送りしたいと真面目に作りました。
小さいアイテムですがアップでも使えるように丁寧に作りました。写真ではあまり見えませんが、湾曲ファン部分も綺麗に作りました。
可動しているシーンでの使用が多いかと思い、ファン部分非表示で回転している雰囲気、出せるようにレイアウトにも入れてあります。
カラーも５色ご用意いたしました。
上部はアクションで角度、変えれるように設定してあります。

今では旧タイプっぽいですが、シンプルで学生や部活などではまだまだ現役です。

夏のシーズンの、勉強机の上に置いたり、学校の休み時間、体育や部活の後など、暑いシーンの演出に使えるアイテムだと思います。海水浴やキャンプにも良いかもしれません。
