Colenak — short for "Cocol Enak" — is a Sundanese snack originally from Bandung. It's made from peuyeum (cassava tape) grilled over coals until the surface turns a shiny golden color with fragrant caramelized brown spots, while the inside remains soft, with the slightly sweet and sour flavor typical of peuyeum.
