The Cilembu Honey Sweet Potato is a special sweet potato variety that thrives only in the volcanic soil of Cilembu Village, Sumedang, West Java. Its uniqueness lies in its extremely high natural sugar content, so that when slowly baked in the oven, its shiny, deep maroon outer skin oozes a golden amber-colored honey-like liquid—sweet, thick, and unmatchedly fragrant.
