There is not much difference between these three brushes, and they represent different stroke strengths.
The three brushes are mainly slightly different in use, if you are a user with less effort like me, you can use 8-0 for drawing, if you prefer to brush hard, choose 8-1, and if you think you are somewhere in between, use 8-1-1.
