別出品の「高級マンション」と同デザインのものですが、「通路部分だけ使いたい」「マンションも購入したが通路分だけ抜き出してほしい」というご意見頂きましたので、切り出して、作画しやすいように天井と廊下部分を延長いたしました。

マンションそのものの通路では作画のスペースが少なくて描きにくい。
またはマンション全体ではハード的に重い、という方はこちらありますと便利だと思います。

また、本来固定物で可動部は無かったのですが、センターのドアに開閉のアクションを付けました。（ただ元々、ドアの裏側を制作してなかったので、ドアの裏面は見えない構図でのみ開閉はご使用ください。）
