These are more simple manga/comic book style pen and ink brushes, so they're very stylized, and can look a little odd at larger sizes, as they're intended for rendering a lot of thin shiny braids, like box braids or cornrows. Some brushes shift hue based on the amount of pressure you apply. If you don't want the color shifting, use the "Curve" braid brushes.
