We have created an item for the "negotiation scene" that can be used immediately just by placing it on request.
I think that the negotiation and transaction scene can be established just by placing it in the back of the office such as [Bureaucracy] and [Police], negotiating dangerous transactions such as [Underground Bar] and [Corner of the Factory].
Some patterns are included in the layout to make it easier to write.

[地下バー]などの[酒場の奥][工場の片隅]などの危ない取引の交渉や、[お役所]や[警察]などの事務所の奥に置くだけで、交渉や取引のシーンが成立すると思います。
