This is a personal sketch brush that I commonly use.
At sizes above 10px, it has a fairly noticeable texture, and even with light pressure, it produces a lighter, textured look. Because of this, it’s more suitable for sketching or a doodle-style workflow.
The brush has speed sensitivity enabled. At smaller sizes, strokes may not register properly, so you may need to draw more slowly or adjust the speed sensitivity settings freely to suit your needs.
