It is a brush of flowers (cinelia) that reflects the drawing color.
Drawing color 1 will be the color of the flower, and drawing color 2 will be the color of the leaves.
If you want to change settings such as stroke spacing or brush tip image order, you need to change the dual brush settings as well.
