Make even more art deco designs with some basic building block elements & parts!

Yes, more art deco - I told you it was one of my favorite styles.  :D

First, a quick tutorial on how to customize these.  These are a few of the single shape brushes below, the "Feather Ray" type.  They're versatile and can be changed to fit a bunch of different styles and applications.

These brushes can be used and tweaked in multiple ways.  For example, top LEFT is "Angle of tip follows line", while top RIGHT is how it is by default.  Bottom LEFT is "Feather Ray Round", changed to be angled at 270 degrees with a gap space of 14px, so it overlaps without space.  The bottom RIGHT with the shrinking line is an example brush I made to show you how it can be modified even further.  However, I don't want to give you 7 brushes of the same type with just slightly different tips, so I'm letting you play around with them and adjust them.  That cuts down on storage space and lets you choose which ones you need. ;w;

These brushes are perfect for using the ruler functions: https://help.clip-studio.com/en-us/manual_en/510_ruler/Basics_of_creating_rulers.htm
[I'm sorry to only link the English manual, it is the thing that pops up for me first, my apologies.]

I used a Concentric Circle ruler to make a sun shape.  Linear & figure rulers can be used to make even more cool patterns & details with little hassle.  :)

Now, the rest of the brushes:

These elements above can be used separately or as decorative build-up.  Adjust angle, gap, size, thickness, etc. as you need.

The rest are great as normal shapes you can place down easily as a quick decoration.

Lastly, you can build up more complex shapes by overlapping these, of course.  You can also have line art without overlapping lines by using "convert brightness to opacity" on 2 color objects.

You can also use it to erase shapes without using transparency, or you could just use a transparent color.  I like using it for complex shapes.

So hopefully these will help you make some cool designs. :D

I have at least one more item related to art deco up my sleeve, so stay tuned for that. :0

Hi, I'm Saturn and I enjoy Pixel Art & making CSP assets too much. Most of my stuff is free, but I also have some fancy brushes you can buy in my links. Feel free to check it out, but no worries if you only use free stuff. It's meant to be used anyway! :D
