I auto action the processing that was talked about in X for myself.
When you run the auto action, two layers are added in addition to the layer that has everything you see is flattened.
You can fill it with your favorite color on the layer above and adjust the opacity of the layer below to your liking.

オートアクションを実行すると、表示したものが全て統合されたレイヤーのほかに、2つのレイヤーが追加されます
上のレイヤーに好きな色で塗りつぶして、下のレイヤーの不透明度をお好みで調整するといい感じになります。
