このアクションを使うとワンタッチで輪郭線の外側にのみ白フチをつけたり、黒フチを付け太くすることが出来ます。
境界効果を使っているのでフチの太さを調整できます。
※グレーレイヤーかカラーレイヤーに描いてください。

細かく調整できるように仕様を変更しました。また、モノクロ二値用、グレー用と分けました。
それに伴ってフォルダ構成へと変更しています。
以前のものも残してあるので、問題なかったなら（旧）と付いているものを使用してください。

ブラシにアンチエイリアスがついていなかったり、モノクロレイヤーに描画した場合に確認ウィンドウが出るのを修正しました。
