このブラシは仕様上レイヤープロパティの境界効果で白フチを付けようとすると、内部のノイズ状の下地にまでフチが付き透け感が消えてしまいます。
ですが、このアクションを使うとワンタッチで輪郭線の外側にのみ白フチをつけられます。
また、輪郭線に黒フチを付け太くすることも出来ます。
境界効果を使っているのでフチの太さを調整できます。
※グレーレイヤーかカラーレイヤーに描いてください。

専用に作りましたが内側が半透明のブラシやフキダシでも使えなくもないかもしれません。
