It is a 3D wizard hat. There are two types with and without pumpkin. The tip of the hat is movable. 3Dの魔法使いの帽子です。パンプキン有無の2種類です。帽子の先が可動になっています。
We assume that the side where the pumpkin is located and the side with a notch in the brim of the hat is the back, but you can dare to reverse it.
Bones are inserted in 5 places at the tips of the hat and can be rotated.
If you move it too much, the mesh may collapse and not look clean, so please adjust it appropriately.
If you want to put a hat on the 3D model of a person, drag and drop the "Wizard Hat" onto the 3D model of the person on the tool details screen, and change the "Attach to" at the bottom of the hat to "Head". After that, fine-tune the position and size according to the person model.

パンプキンがある側・帽子のつばに切り欠きがある側が後ろと想定しておりますが、あえて逆にしていただいても大丈夫です。
帽子の先端5箇所にボーンを入れており、回転できます。
動かしすぎると、メッシュが潰れてキレイに見えない場合がありますので、適宜調整してみてください。
人物の3Dモデルに帽子を被せる場合は、ツール詳細画面で、「魔法使いの帽子」を人物の3Dモデルにドラッグ&ドロップして、その下部にある「アタッチ先の部位」を「頭」に変更してください。その後は人物モデルに合わせて位置や大きさを微調整してください。
