The workspace that happened at me for the past couple of years!
NOTICE:
This workspace is optimized for screen tablet use with right hand.
If you are left handed you can move all the windows to the opposite side if that makes you more confortable.
I put certain colors on top for genga coloring purposes (shown below):
I also changed a few hotkeys specifially for flipping through animation cels:
These settings may feel familiar to people who are experienced with Adobe Flash/Animate:

/ (start/stop playback of animation)
