機能が多すぎて混乱してしまったり、なるべく画面いっぱいで描きたかったので、こざっぱしたワークスペースになりました。
自分のワークスペース作りのベースにどうぞ。

Specifications
You have to fiddle with the window and its alignment. Try to customize to your liking.
The color of the frame is changed from the setting so that it looks like SAI, but the initial setting is black and likes it...
Way
Just drag & drop directly from the material control and it is OK.
It will then be saved so it can be read from the workspace.
Note : because you overwrite workspace, you should save your workspace beforehand.
I do not care if you leave the default is OK.
Ps. Because I made it for myself almost, please use as much as you want.

気楽にお絵かきしたいのでこんな感じになりましたが、人によって感覚は違うので、自分なりのカスタマイズを試してみてください。
仕様
いじってあるのはウィンドウとその配置です。自分好みにカスタマイズしてみてください。
画面ではSAIっぽく見えるように設定から枠の色を変えていますが、初期設定は黒ですのでお好みで…
やり方
素材管理から直接ドラッグ&ドロップするだけでOKです。
その後は保存されるため、ワークスペースから読み込み可能になります。
注意：ワークスペースを上書きしてしまうため、あらかじめ自分のワークスペース保存しておきましょう。
デフォルトのままの方は気にしなくてオッケーです。
Ps.ほぼ自分のために作ったので、好き勝手使ってあげてください。
また、自分はsaiを見よう見まねで再現しただけです。そのため、拙い部分、おかしなところあるかと思います。
どうかご了承ください。
※クイックバーとコマンドバーは便利なためなんとなく残してありますが、お絵かきスペースを広げたいときは消しても問題ありません。
