This is a hand-drawn mokomoko pen made when drawing stuffed animal characters. ぬいぐるみキャラ描くときに作った手描きのもこもこペンです。
Unlikely? This brush was made because I wanted to express the muffled nature of an insanely simple manga. I think it's pretty easy to draw.
I think that if you add details with a G-pen, it will be finished beautifully.
