This material is a 3D model that reproduces as accurately as possible the blade of the famous sword "Kyogoku Masamune" that has carved a name in history.
Modeling based on meticulous materials, including the dimensions of the blade, the structure of the ridge, the shape of the stem, and the position of the eye nail hole.
The armor and fist are also carefully finished in detail.

"Kyogoku Masamune" is a short sword forged by Masamune, one of the master craftsmen known as "Tenkasansaku".
It is said that Kyogoku Koji worshipped it from Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and it was treasured by the Kyogoku family. Even at the time of Tokugawa Yoshimune's visit, this dagger was hidden, and its existence was unknown to the public.
Later, when this work was released to the world, the famous sword became a major basis for denying the widely circulated theory of Masamune's erasure (questioning the existence of Masamune), and conveys the skills of Masamune, the Japan's foremost craftsman.

『京極正宗』は、「天下三作」と称される名工のひとり、正宗が鍛え上げた短刀です。
豊臣秀吉から京極高次が拝領したと伝えられており、京極家にて秘蔵されていました。徳川吉宗上覧の際にも、この短刀は隠されており、その存在は世間に知られていませんでした。
後に本作が世に公開された際、それまで広く流布されていた正宗抹殺論（正宗の実在性を疑問視するもの）を否定する大きな根拠となった程の名刀は、日本随一の名工正宗の技量を今に伝えています。
