This brush was created for when you want to draw very modest powa grains. It's just right for writing a natural starry sky that isn't glaring, or for drawing flickering modest snow. とても控えめなぽわ粒を描きたいときのために制作したブラシです。ギラギラしていないナチュラルな星空を書いたり、ちらちらと降る控えめな雪を描くのにちょうどいいです。
I made it for when you want to sprinkle powa grains sparingly!
Because if the layer remains normal, just monochrome grains will be scattered. If you want to make it glow, use a luminous or additive layer. If you want to add color, you can clip the color layer from the top and you can color it.

レイヤーが普通のままだと、ただのモノクロの粒が散布されるので。光らせたい場合は発光や加算レイヤーにしてください。色を付けたい場合は上からカラーレイヤーをクリッピングすると着色可能です。
