It is the living and dining room of the tower apartment where he lives.
It is a gray material for black and white comics.

Movable settings are located on the door, one place above the shelf at the back of the kitchen (the others do not open including the oven)

There is a downlight and an air conditioner.

白黒漫画用のグレー素材です。

可動設定はドア、キッチン背面の棚上部一か所（他はオーブン含め開きません）
冷蔵庫（棚はありますが中身はありません）
キッチンの横はパントリーです。戸は可動します。中は棚のみあります。
天井は初期設定で非表示になっていますので、必要な場合は表示してください。
ダウンライトと、エアコンが設置してあります。
キッチン背面ボードには、コーヒーマシンと炭酸を作る機械があります。
生活感がない感じなので、必要に応じて小物を足すといいかと思います。
全体はこんな感じです。壁床天井照明等必要に応じて方角ごとにオブジェクトはわけてありますので、表示非表示切り替えてください。
マテリアルはモノクロとテクスチャなし（白）があります。
一応「御曹司の玄関」素材とリンクしていますが、床の高さと色味が変わってしまいました。床の高さは少しずらせば合わせられると思います。
頂点数は約34000、ポリゴンは約67000です。
