It is a color set of 390 colors carefully selected from the colors listed on the "Primary Color Dictionary" on the site "Japanese color" and "Western color" in a well-balanced manner.
As a bonus, I also included skin tones that can be used in character illustrations made by mixing those colors.
There are many highly saturated colors, so it is strong for painting illustrations with strong colors.

さらにおまけとして、それらの色を混ぜて作ったキャラクターイラストに使える肌色も入れてみました。
彩度が高めの色が多く揃っているので色味の強いイラストの塗りに強いです。
There are three types of color set in total.
The A set is mainly composed of 465 Japanese colors + 285 Western colors = 246 Japanese colors + 144 Western colors = 390 colors carefully selected from 750 colors listed in the "Primary Colors Dictionary" of the color viewing site.
In addition, there are 6 main primary colors, white and black, gray 8 levels.
The A' set contains 140 Japanese colors + 102 Western colors = 242 colors, leaving only the colors corresponding to the "JIS idiomatic color names" from the main 390 colors of the A set.
However, due to differences in the specifications of the JIS idiomatic color names and the Primary Color Dictionary, it is not very practical when viewed as a proper lineup of JIS idiomatic color names. Please use it as a reference only.
Since there are fewer colors than the A set, the variety of colors that can be painted is naturally narrow, but it is recommended for those who want to choose colors easily and quickly.
For the B set, I added 20 skin tones that can be used for character illustrations made by mixing colors using the above 390 colors, body colors, and some other colors that can be used to paint characters.
There are two patterns of skin color and body color, forward light color and backlight color, so you can easily match the atmosphere of the illustration you want to draw.
By the way, the creator of this material added a similar skin color color set to the "Rakugaki Design Color" color set made last time, but the production process is different and the main concept is completely different.
The color set this time has a relatively high saturation, so I adjusted the colors to look slightly stronger accordingly.
Also, in the backlight color, I changed it to a specification that can place darker shadows more boldly. The brightness compared to the forward color can also be differentiated more clearly.
In addition, the B set contains two types of gloss colors that can be used universally in the body and all skin tones, two types of nail gloss colors that can be applied with a layer of overlay, and two patterns of white color for the human body that can be used for the whites of the eyes and teeth. Please refer to the second figure above for details.
That's all for the explanation, but as an aside, I will introduce the layer configuration for making the B set this time as well.
It was quite difficult to create a table like the last time, so this time I decided to put the layer configuration of the created image as it is.
This time, I was working with a different software than CLIP STUDIO, so there are some differences in the UI and specifications of the layer, but if you like, for reference.
カラーセットは全部で3種類あります。
Aセットは、色見本サイト「原色大辞典」で掲載されている和色465色 + 洋色285色 = 750色からバランスよく厳選した和色246色 + 洋色144色 = 390色で主に構成されています。
その他に主要な6色の原色、白と黒、グレースケール8段階を揃えました。
A'セットは、Aセットの主要な390色からさらに「JIS慣用色名」に該当する色のみを残した和色140色 + 洋色102色 = 242色が入っています。
ただ、JIS慣用色名と原色大辞典の仕様の相違などもあり、きちんとしたJIS慣用色名のラインナップとして見るとあまり実用的なものとはいえません。あくまで参考程度として見てください。
Aのセットより色数が少ないので当然塗れる色のバリエーションが狭まりますが手軽に素早く色を選びたい人におすすめです。
Bセットは、上記の390色を利用して色を混ぜて作ったキャラクターイラストに使える肌色が20種類、体内色、そしてその他キャラクターの塗りに使えそうな色をいくつか入れてみました。
肌色と体内色は1種類につき順光色と逆光色の2パターンがあり、描きたいイラストの雰囲気に簡単にあわせることができます。
ちなみにこの素材の制作者が前回作ったカラーセット「らくがきデザインカラー」にも似たような肌色のカラーセットを入れましたが、それとは制作工程も異なる上に主要なコンセプトも全く違っています。
今回のカラーセットは彩度が比較的高めなものが揃っているので、それに合わせて色味が若干強めに見えるように調整しています。
また、逆光色においてはより大胆に暗い影が置ける仕様に変更してみました。順光色と比較した明るさもよりはっきりと差別化することができます。
その他にもBセットには、体内やすべての肌色で汎用的に使える光沢の色が2種類、オーバーレイのレイヤーで塗れる爪の光沢の色が2種類、白目や歯などに使える人体用の白色が順・逆光色合わせて2パターン、などが入っています。そちらの詳細に関しましては上記の2枚目の図を参照してください。
説明は以上ですが、余談として今回もBセットを作るにあたってのレイヤー構成を紹介することにします。
前回のような表を作るのはかなり大変だったので、今回は作成した画像のレイヤー構成をキャプチャーしたものをそのまま載せることにしました。
今回はクリスタとは違った別のソフトで作業を行っていたためレイヤーのUIや仕様など所々に差異がありますが、よければ参考までに。
