It is a length-dependent version of the "Super starting and ending Pen".
The usual "ultra-starting and ending pen" specifies the starting and ending as a percentage.
Therefore, no matter how long the stroke is, only the middle of the stroke will be thicker.
In this length-dependent version, the entry is specified by the number of pixels, so the edges are more prominent.
