Use on illustrations to represent elements on BG that's veeeery small.
Remember to use a lot of strokes instead a single one. That way you get some variety of colors on each stroke. Also, you can customize it by changing those settings here:
I use it to fill a BG with a crowd, for an example. Little elements that's too little so be actually drawn.
