It is a primitive shape and cube version that can be infinitely destroyed and transformed with the shape key.
I think it can be used for battle actions and aging of building materials.

1_crack: Causes cracks
2_break_ground: Debris scatters relative to the ground interview point
3_hight: Height change (assumed in combination with the break_center below)
4_break_center: Fragments scatter relative to the center of the shape (internal explosion)
